Camp Temagami; Space to Dream
Camp Temagami is located on an unspoiled 20-acre island at the top of the southwest arm of Lake Temagami, Ontario. For over 100 years the region of Temagami has been a canoe-tripping destination based on its remote location 5 hours due north of Toronto and its extensive network of pristine lakes and rivers just a short paddle away.
         To take advantage of our location, our program’s focus is on canoe tripping: through wilderness travel, our campers have the opportunity to develop skills in decision-making, risk mitigation and initiative  while being exposed to values that encourage an appreciation of the environment and others that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
